Attorney John A. Barbieri is a highly respected and skilled Attorney and a 1964 graduate of the University of Connecticut Law School. His practice is most heavily concentrated in the areas of Bankruptcy, Probate, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury and Real Estate. Attorney John A. Barbieri began to practice law in 1966 and established his firm shortly thereafter offering a wide variety of legal services, including criminal defense, DWI and motor vehicle violations, contract preparation, landlord/tenant disputes, social security disability, personal injury and business formations. In addition to legal representation, he is active in the community as General Counsel for UNICO, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Connecticut Association for Retarded Citizens. He has also served as Chairman of the CCARC Charity Golf Tournament for 25+ years. He performs pro bono work for the Statewide Services of Connecticut and the New Britain Bar Association’s Special Master’s Program.

Attorney Claudia R. Barbieri is a 1999 cum laude graduate of the University of the District of Columbia School of Law, in Washington, DC and a published editor of Law Review. She recently joined the firm after serving nine years as a Contract Negotiator-Attorney Advisor at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC. Her practice is focused on Contract Law, Real Estate, and Wills. She is Admitted in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
